Directed consulting engineers in the relocation of a track to provide clearance with the glide path of an airport.

Directed the redesign of a rail flash-butt welding machine to weld crane and girder rail.
Construction of Passenger Station
Consulting Project Manager for a $12 million dollar passenger station project, which required a mainline change, bridge restoration, and passenger station containing a transit police station.

Evaluated the integration of rail profile measurements with GPS location and track geometry measurements
